Coffee Cups

Perky Bean is a fun coffee shop up in Northern California. In truth, I’ve never actually been there but I’ve seen some of the pictures and it looks like one of those fun, cozy places that people like to linger at while they sip their espresso.

A former client of mine thought I’d be the right guy to redesign some of their coffee cups and below is the result. They really didn’t have much of a design brief they just wanted it fun and a little edgy. I’m happy to say everyone was pleased with the results.

This was a spec project for a company that never quite got off the ground. They were going to specialize in gourmet snacks for the 20-something crowd. They wanted the pictures of the food to really speak and still appeal to the web 2.0 crowd.
