Below are a couple samples of my work as a writer/director. If you’re interested in working with me on a project, please feel free to contact me here to start the conversation and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

This is the trailer for my first feature, I’d Like to be Alone Now. The entire film was shot on location in seven and half days, with each day not exceeding 8 hours (except for one that went 9 hours). I’m a big believer in casting your project with great actors and getting what you need in just a few takes. The entire film is shot in a series of long steadi-cam style shots and even though the conditions for making the film were quite challenging we pulled it off without a hitch.

This short commercial piece was written and directed for Frankel Design. The script was written based on a speech the subject gave at a previous event that was taped but edited and story boarded to have a more cinematic feel. The message of this piece really hits home with audiences because of the subject’s amazing story. When I approach making commercial films I always look for the human story. Even if my projects revolve around products, I always think of how those products impact human lives because the emotional response from human interaction is a universal language that everyone responds to in a powerful way.
